At The Flower Affair, we are committed to delivering your flowers fresh and on time. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

  • Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to Klang Valley. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us.  For the time being we do not allow pick up order.

  • Same-Day Delivery: For same-day delivery, please place your order by 10.00 AM. Orders received after this time will be scheduled for next-day delivery.

  • Delivery Fees: A standard delivery fee applies to most areas.

  • Contactless Delivery: We offer contactless delivery options upon request for your safety and convenience.

  • Delivery Times: While we strive to meet requested delivery times, please note that circumstances beyond our control (like traffic or weather) may affect delivery.

Refund Policy:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on floral arrangements once they have been delivered. However, your satisfaction is our priority, and we address any issues promptly:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your flowers arrive damaged or do not match your order, please contact us within 1 hour with photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or credit based on our review.

  • Order Changes: If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only accommodate changes if they are made before your order has been processed.
